★★★★☆ I've had this TV for about 3 weeks now. Now first things first - I paid £250 for it (43 inch version). I mainly use it to play PS4 but have tested it on telly and movies ect too.Picture : The picture quality is full HD, and looks good. It claims to be 4k but it is so clearly not. It does NOT support HDR as any 4k TV should. My biggest issue with it is there is ALOT of light bleed from the backlights around the edges of the TV. It is only noticeable in very dark screens or black loading screens ect and does not affect the use overall when you have something on it.Sound : The sound quality is quite frankly, awful. Music and sound effects are so much louder than voices and vocals, it has a terrible balanced default EQ with no options to manually adjust. If you have a soundbar you'll be alot happier, the speakers are awful quality. I use a headset to game so it hasn't really affected me too much, but definitely be aware of this before buying.Connections : The TV has a really good selection of connections including 3x Hdmi, 2x USB, ypbpr, scart, and coaxial earphone line.Mounting : Have mine mounted, really easy to fit onto any standard universal bracket.Firmware : It's very basic, but it does the job, with several picture options, but very few sound options. Interface is a little laggy to respond but not awful.Conclusion : For £250, it's a slightly above basic bargain. My old TV died unexpectedly and this was a perfect temporary replacement without breaking the bank. To really improve on this kind of quality, you'd need to be spending at least £600+ so I can't complain. Would recommend if you're on a tight budget - perfect for kids that want to play games and fine for adults if you have a soundbar to enhance it. Can't really knock it at all.

★★★★☆ It came packaged well, easy to put up on the wall. When we got it plugged in and sorted however, there was no tv signal and no connection to any of our devices through hdmi ports (such as amazon fire stick). This went on for 2 days while we waited for my dad to get some free time to come look at it. The day he was meant to come, it fixed itself! Tv channels popped up, fire stick and playstation started working. We havent had many problems since, just one really.While watching shows on the fire stick, every now and then it will loose signal and be off for a minute before restarting. This can happen several times a day, or just a couple if we are lucky. Doesn't happen on other tvs so not the fire sticks or cables fault. Other than that, good sound quality, good picture quality and good value for money. As long as you have the patience, its worth it.

I was hoping to cast to the tv, but I could only get that to work for YouTube- for iplayer etc. I would need a chrome cast.Beware of Spanish supplier with long delivery times, who supplied it without a uk plug, which is illegal in the UK, and an adapter with a dangerously overrated fuse.

★★★★☆ First time I've bought a Philips tv in some years.With the possible exception of the stands (small stand each side of the TV), which keeps the TV in place OK, but seem weird in that you need actual screws to connect them to the TV - I like this TV a lot, even if it's smart apps are a little quirky.You have most of the usual app suspects available (Netflix (via dedicated button),iPlayer, ITV Hub, Channel 4, My5, Amazon Prime, even Deezer!), the only noticeable app missing to me was Britbox, but I'm sure that will be addressed.Whilst the app store via the menu has some worthy 'extras' you could add to the main list, there is also a lot of 'shovel ware' (non mainstream rubbish, to my mind) but obviously it's your choice as to whether you select them to add to the main app menu.Picture quality seems pretty good, particularly when using HDR products (such as the prime video app) to take advantage of the HDR10 function.I was surprised to find this unit accepts a direct link from a satellite dish, negating the need for a freesat satellite box, but as I scrapped my satellite (Sky) connection over a year ago, couldn't comment on how well this works.The TV also has USB recording via your own USB stick/drive and the ability to make network/USB connections to run films/etc over your home network (from a PC, for instance).All in all a quality, well featured bit of kit for a reasonable price .

Windows Media Player oder Nero MediaHome)!Da es sich um einen Full HD Fernseher handelt, kann er kein 4k/8K abspielen, aber bis Full HD 1920x1080 Pixeln spielt er so ziemlich alles ab: MP4/MKV mit AVC und sogar HEVC, AVI mit XVID, WMV mit VC-1, MOV mit AVC, TS mit VP8 und VP9. Musik in MP3, M4A, FLAC, AC3, OGG, WMA und JPG, PNG Bilder. Bin sehr zufrieden und spare mir so einen extra Mediaplayer. Man kann auch vom Windows 10 PC einfach mit rechter Maustaste "Cast to" wählen, und so an diesen Fernseher streamen.Besonders gut hat mir auch gefallen, dass man beim Sendersuchlauf gleich einstellen kann, dass nur kostenlose Sender gespeichert werden. Optimal.

★☆☆☆☆ TV ordinata il 27 luglio ed arrivata dopo pochissimi giorni.TV nuova, ben imballata e funzionante.Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda la risoluzione, è come ci si aspettava.I problemi sono venuti fuori con l'utilizzo.La TV essendo per il mercato est europeo non ha come sola differenza quella dell'ordinamento dei canali (risolvibile mettendo Grecia perchè Italia non c'è) ma ha anche un'altra differenza che non viene menzionata, non ha la funzione HBBTV idonea a quella che serve in Italia. SE volete utilizzare alcune funzioni multimediali come quelle della RAI non lo potrete fare.Il problema più grosso però è un altro: il telecomando a quanto pare ogni tanto smette di funzionare, non permette di fare nulla, sembra un telecomando senza batteria, spegnendo (più precisamente togliendo la corrente) e riaccendendo la tv rifunziona. Questa cosa succede spesso e devo dire che è veramente fastidiosa. Seguendo i consigli trovati in rete e anche qui in Amazon nelle recensioni del modello precedente a questo, un modo per evitare il problema del telecomando è disattivare la funzione HBBTV dal menù del televisore, ma questo non si può fare perchè la funzione HBBTV non c'è per i motivi scritti all'inizio.Altro problema (e questo sembra essere un problema presente nella maggior parte dei modelli samsung) è uno spegnimento automatico delle porte HDMI, cioè pur avendo inserito un dispositvo il TV non vede nulla, dice segnale assente. Questo problema sembra essere un bug non ancora risolto da Samsung e potete trovare informazioni sul forum della community Samsung sia per questo bug che per il discorso dell'HBBTV e del telecomando.La cosa che però mi fa mettere 1 stella al prodotto è stata la mancanza di assistenza da parte del venditore.Ho chiesto consiglio per quanto riguarda il problema del telecomando il 16 agosto, il 17 agosto dopo che io ho chiesto informazioni di nuovo mi è stato detto che il centro assistenza samsung era chiuso perchè non rispondeva nessuno e che il modello era nuovo e che quindi doveva chiedere. STOP, non ho avuto più nessun aiuto (se mai ce ne fosse stato). Il 31 agosto ho chiesto di nuovo e senza dire nulla se avesse riprovato in quei giorni passati, mi ha semplicemente dato un numero di telefono scrivendomi di chuedere di una certa persona. Questa è stata tutta l'assistenza che ho ricevuto dal venditore.Ho chiamato il numero fornitomi, mi ha risposto quella persona dicendomi che era occupato e di richiamarlo, l'ho chiamato altre 2 volte e non ho proprio ricevuto risposta.In tutto ciò io la TV potevo restituirla entro il 27 agosto, scioccamente ho voluto aspettare qualche aiuto da parte del venditore che non c'è stato e la tv ormai me la tengo così come è, col telecomando che fa le bizze, senza funzione HBBTV e con gli ingressi HDMI che si spengono quando vogliono.

★☆☆☆☆ La tv è arrivata anche prima del previsto, ma purtroppo è arrivata in uno stato pietoso.Era un regalo per mio padre ma si è trasformato in una brutta esperienza.Lo scatolo era già stato aperto e rinchiuso con un scotch bianco.Al suo interno una TV con il display devastato, e la scocca di dietro alla TV era stata tolta e rimessa in maniera goffa.Brutta esperienza e perdita di tempo.Resta il fatto che Amazon per fortuna mi rimborsa. ★★★★★ Estoy encantado con la compra. Primero me compré un Philips de 50”, con ambilight, Alexa y muchas otras funciones por 425€ (en Prime day). No me quería gastar mucho dinero y este me pareció buena opción. Cuando lo recibí fue una decepción increíble, imagen de muy mala calidad, horrible, así que lo devolví. Al hacer el proceso a través de Amazon, veo que hay una opción para cambiarlo por otro, así que me decidí a cambiarlo por este, que me costó 956€ (estaba en oferta tambien). El proceso de reemplazo de Amazon ha sido una experiencia genial, por el nuevo me cobraron solo la diferencia (unos 530€), a los 2 días me trajeron el TV nuevo y al día siguiente vinieron a recoger el antiguo, totalmente una pasada. La diferencia económica es grande, pero ha merecido la pena, ya hace 1 semana que lo tengo y no dejo de asombrarme de la excelente calidad de la imagen, los negros son increíbles, le da una profundidad y nitidez a la imagen que supera con creces otras marcas. Además tiene funciones que no me esperaba, como Apple TV, algo que para los que usamos iPhone es una pasada y el mando es brutal, porque se empareja con todos los dispositivos que conectemos por HDMI (descodificador Vodafone TV, reproductor Blu-Ray, etc.), para que solo tengas que usar un único mando.En fin, a pesar del precio, que para muchos como yo, nos puede parecer mucho, os aseguro que no lo es, vale cada céntimo. Recomiendo totalmente.

★★☆☆☆ UPDATE AT BOTTOM: Impressed by the visuals and sound is decent (good bass response for a relatively small TV). Looks good and I like the fact it's Philips. BUT I spent literally hours trying to get it connected to the internet. After doing things like reinstalling the software from the website and contacting Amazon technical support, I figured out it had to be the router (a last resort). I had to go onto the router settings and set up a different WiFi signal for 2.4ghz as it appeared to only receive this frequency (even though the router was originally sending both 2.4 and 5). Anyway, most of you won't know what I'm talking about, but that's why it's a 4 - I pity the people who wouldn't know to check this! May not be a problem for all, but for me it was. The other issue was that I wanted to hang it on the wall, but the power cable and coaxial cable stick out too much - what a silly design! Why would a company make a TV these days that doesn't take this into account? This has meant I've had to purchase a right angle C7 power lead and a right angle coaxial adaptor. Apart from these silly things, it's great. UPDATE: so, after a couple of weeks, it turns out it was just all too much for the tv! It randomly lost its channels and the apps wouldn't work properly. I had to factory reset the TV (massive pain already), but then whilst it did reinstall the channels, none of the apps wanted to work - I was spending too much time on it again and just gave up - want worth my time. Overall, this is not okay, and once the channels do work, it is sooo laggy it's ridiculous. Anyway, whilst the image and sound are pretty decent, I am NOT recommending anyone buy this TV!

Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verkäufer wurde uns wiederum nur Englisch angeboten. Auch auf der Homepage von Samsung wurden wir nicht fündig. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass so etwas auf dem EU-Markt möglich ist.Fazit: Gerät gut, Service miserabel.

★★★★★ El televisor es una pasada, la entrega fue muy rápido, vino con su control Magic, las características más importantes son su inteligencia artificial que te permite conectar por voz, abrirte los canales e interactuar con YouTube, Netflix y HBO, todos los LG se ven estupendamente, el que tenía lo cambié por las medidas buscaba unas 65 pulgadas, he pedido otro para mi hija que le gustó muchísimo. Me costó bastante estudiar todo tipos de pantallas, marcas y tecnologías, creo que el Nanocell cumple todos los requisitos ya que no tienen mucha diferencia con una pantalla Oled cuyos precios están fuera del mercado.

★★☆☆☆ Decepción de imagen, con un enorme clouding en varias áreas, estelas muy molestas cuando por ejemplo, aparece un texto en blanco sobre un fondo oscuro o negro y colores no uniformes con manchas en diversos sitios y para colmo, unas políticas de uso y tratamiento de datos que me parecen un incumplimiento de la ley vigente y que si no aceptas, no puedes hacer uso de gran parte de las funciones de esta televisión. Tengo una Samsung de más de 11 años y se ve mucho mejor aunque no es 4K. No entiendo como una marca como LG pone a la venta productos con este tipo de fallos que encima ven normales. Para colmo la caja viene muy dañada. El vendedor, eso sí, perfecto, atención muy rápida y devolución del dinero sin problemas.
